My Theology of Worship
Biblical worship is the believers sincere and Spirit-empowered response to the redemptive acts of God through Christ Jesus.

- Biblical:
Everyone worships, but worship for the Church must be biblical worship (Col. 3:16).
- Believers:
Biblical worship is a dialogue between the restored man and the redeeming God (2 Cor. 5:17-21).
- Sincere:
Biblical worship is worship from authentic hearts. Great practices do not equate to great worship (Gen. 4:6-7; 1 Sam.13:11-14).
- Spirit-empowered:
Biblical worship is in Spirit and in truth (John 4:24). The Holy Spirit is the source of God's revelation (1 Cor. 2:10-11).
- Response:
Biblical worship requires response to the self-revelation of God (Romans 12:1-2).
- Redemptive acts of God:
Biblical worship is rooted in the love of the Father and in His desire to have relationship with us (John 3:16)
- Through Christ Jesus:
Biblical worship is foundationally built on the Person and works of the Son (1 Cor. 3:11) and is only possible through Him

as our prophet, priest, and king (Hebrews 9:11-14).

Biblically Faithful -
Everything we do in corporate worship must be shaped from and based in the Word of God! (2 Tim. 3:16-17)

Musically Excellent -
Everything we do in corporate worship must be to the best of our abilities for the glory of God alone! (Col. 3:23-24)

Ministry Driven -
Everything we do in corporate worship must be purposed in edifying the saints and growing the Kingdom! (Eph. 4:11-13)
My Philosophy of Worship

My Methodology of Worship:
An Integrated Approach
In corporate worship, it is important to create an environment that mirrors Psalm 150, "Let everything that has breath praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!"
The classic term is, "blended"; however, it goes deeper than simply just the presence of "traditional and contemporary" or of different generations and cultures.
An "integrated" approach is one united in mission and purpose that seeks to truly involve all ages and musical styles in corporate worship
